2. Informational Purpose & Emergency Disclaimer

Paadha provides digital indoor maps and directional guides to assist visitors with routine wayfinding inside partner facilities.

CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: Paadha does NOT provide medical advice or emergency dispatch services. Digital maps do NOT supersede physical emergency exit signage, fire alarms, or direct verbal instructions from hospital doctors, nurses, security, or facility management. During emergencies, prioritize physical signage and authorized staff instructions immediately.

3. Accuracy of Floor Plans & Destinations

While Paadha works diligently alongside facility administration to maintain high accuracy, physical spaces evolve. Rooms may undergo temporary maintenance, clinics may relocate without immediate notice, and elevators may experience service interruptions. Paadha is provided on an "as-is" basis, and users are encouraged to ask on-site staff if they encounter blocked pathways.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, proprietary vector rendering code, visual interfaces, designs, icons, trademarks, and documentation associated with Paadha are the intellectual property of Paadha and its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or scraping of map data is prohibited.

5. Institutional Service Agreements

For hospitals, educational institutions, and commercial clients deploying custom Paadha mapping solutions, specific scopes of work, deliverables schedules, warranties, and SLAs are governed by their respective bilateral institutional service contracts.
