A Structured 6-Stage Implementation Methodology
How Paadha takes a complex facility from raw architectural blueprints to an accurate, on-site validated digital wayfinding system.
From blueprint to verified visitor guidance.
We don't just upload an image of a floor plan. We validate physical circulation, verify door numbers, and ensure every route works in real life.
Assess the Facility
We begin with a thorough structural review of the facility. Our spatial engineers ingest existing architectural CAD drawings, PDF blueprints, or fire evacuation plans. We catalog all wings, towers, vertical elevator banks, emergency exits, and high-traffic public bottlenecks.
Architectural floor plans / CAD files provided by facility management.
Prepare the Digital Maps
Raw engineering drawings are simplified into intuitive, accessible mobile-optimized vector maps. We eliminate confusing engineering annotations while accentuating public circulation corridors, entrances, restrooms, and landmarks.
Confirmation of floor naming conventions and wing designations.
Organize Destinations & Routes
We build the spatial routing graph. Every department, clinic, billing desk, diagnostic laboratory, and public utility is indexed with search aliases. Pathways are mapped along authorized corridors, factoring in one-way hospital zones and vertical transit connections.
Official departmental directory list and room usage confirmation.
Validate the Map On-Site
Digital models must match physical reality. Our team conducts an on-site physical walk-through alongside facility coordinators. Every corridor junction, door number, lift operational status, and physical signpost is cross-checked.
Accompanied access to mapped hospital wings and elevator bays.
Configure Access & Deploy
We configure unique location-coded QR placards and supply production-ready print specifications or physical signage. Web access links are activated on the Paadha cloud platform. Staff orientation is provided to ensure frontline teams can guide visitors.
Approval for physical placard mounting at designated entry gates.
Maintain & Update
Hospitals and campuses evolve over time. Paadha provides an ongoing change-management workflow. If an OPD clinic moves, a wing is renovated, or room numbers change, updates are reflected in the digital map within minutes without physical reprinting.
Notification from facility admin when departmental relocations occur.
What determines implementation time & cost?
Every building is unique. Implementation timelines and proposals are structured transparently based on key physical and technical parameters.
Facility Size & Floor Count
Number of distinct buildings, multi-level towers, basements, and total square footage mapped.
Floor Plan Availability
Whether updated digital CAD drawings are readily available or if physical on-site surveys are required.
Destination Density
Total number of individual clinics, patient wards, doctor suites, and public utilities indexed.
Route & Corridor Complexity
Frequency of cross-building skywalks, restricted clinical zones, and split-level ramps.
QR Code Checkpoint Volume
Number of unique entrance, parking bay, and elevator placard positions configured.
Service-Level Requirements
Frequency of periodic on-site re-audits, customized kiosk integration, and administrative support SLA.
